Taking time out of your day is critical for feeling more focused and relaxed while your “doing” during the day. Even 30 seconds of closing the eyes and taking a few deep breaths will calm your nervous system, boost your immune system, and relax the mind for better concentration.
Take 5 minutes and all of these benefits are amplified.
